Dr. Ndiaye lives in south loop Chicago with her husband, Rene Pascal, and son, Philip. She is expecting to welcome her second child soon. She also enjoys connecting with other women physicians through a book club with graduates from her residency.

Dr. Ndiaye is honored to accept the position of Pediatrics Education Co-Director at Rosalind Franklin University in September 2023. Her prior medical education experience includes resident clinical teaching, invited lectures as a quality improvement leader, physician lactation consultant, and training junior colleagues. She values mentorship and quality education and hopes to continue the excellent work of her predecessors in creating a well-rounded, fulfilling pediatrics rotation for our medical students.
