Dr. William Cotter received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 2006. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.
Dr. Cotter is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
He is currently affiliated with the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center.
