This site includes selection criteria for the 2010-2011 Scholl Scholarships. If a scholarship listed does not include an application, students will be considered for this scholarship based upon academic achievement while enrolled at Scholl College.

 
 
If you are applying for one of these scholarships, you will need to complete an application:
 
Second year Distinguished Scholar Awards
Dr. Angelo P Creticos Scholarship
Dr. Alfreda Sluzewski Scholarship
 
The application for the above scholarships can be found here. Rising Senior Students are eligible for both the Creticos and Sluzewski scholarships.  You may use the same form for both and type in "Both" in the Scholarship type box in the upper right hand corner of the application.  Populate all necessary text boxes (you may import the essay portions from MS Word), save a copy and e-mail your application to  SchollScholarships@rosalindfranklin.edu. You may also print your application and submit it directly to Ms. Kara Etolen, H.Sci. Bldg. L.624B Suite. 
 
If you are applying for the APMA Educational Foundation Scholarship, you will need to complete the APMA application (linked on this web site) and submit it to Ms. Kara Etolen, H.Sci. Bldg.,  L.624.  *Do not submit to Financial Aid as written in the first paragraph of the application. 
 
APPLICATION DEADLINES:
Scholl Alumni Association Third Year Scholarship: Deadline Passed
All other Scholl Scholarships: May 24th, 2010
 
Please note that many scholarships do not require an application. Also numbers and dollar amounts of all scholarships may vary depending upon college finances.

Criteria
  • Must be a fourth year student.
  • Must submit an application.
  • Must have demonstrated the knowledge, fundamental skills, and dedication necessary to provide excellence in primary foot care.
  • Must interact well with patients, peers, faculty, and staff.
  • Must demonstrate service to their class and/or community
  • Must have a strong academic record.

Criteria

  • Must demonstrate the following:

    2. Focused interest in foot and ankle surgery.
    3. Demonstrated outstanding professional conduct throughout the college.
  • The candidate will be selected by a vote of Clinical Science Faculty.
