Scholarships

Every pharmacy student is automatically considered for up to $20,000 in merit-based, scholarship to help finance their first year of pharmacy education. Scholarships are renewable as long as students remain in good standing* and provide up to $80,000 in support over a 4-year period. This represents Rosalind Franklin University College of Pharmacy’s recognition of students’ past hard work and future promise as pharmacists.

In addition to these renewable merit-based scholarships offered at admission, each spring students can apply for the Excellence in Pharmacy scholarship. This scholarship fund was established by Dr. Gloria Meredith, the founding dean of the College, to recognize students who demonstrate strong academic ability, leadership, and a commitment to the profession of pharmacy.

The College continues to receive annual scholarship support from individual donors and our community partners such as the Walgreens and CVS Health Foundation. This ongoing generosity allows the College to recognize deserving students, such as those who display an exceptional commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

*Renewal criteria, such as academic and character-based expectations, are outlined in the offer letter students receive upon acceptance.
