Stay: Renaissance Chicago Downtown ($219 CMS rate). Guests can book rooms until Thursday, October 1st, 2026 or until the block is sold out. Rooms are available Thursday, October 22nd through Sunday, October 25th 2026. If you would like to book additional days, please let us know at reunion@rosalindfranklin.edu so that we can check availability with the hotel.

The reunion will also feature class-led dinners and culminate in the CMS Alumni Signature Event, including an alumni reception and dinner, and the prestigious Distinguished Alumni Awards presentation.

Friday, October 23, 2026
- 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown at State and Wacker.
Campus Experience participants staying in Chicago can enjoy a full breakfast before boarding the shuttle to Rosalind Franklin University. (Transportation provided.) - 10:30 am – 2:30 pm CMS Campus Visit. Reminisce about your own medical school experience as you step into an immersive journey showcasing how we're preparing tomorrow's physicians. Then return to the hotel to relax before your class dinner.
- Campus Highlights
- Engage with our cutting-edge simulation technology and see the latest training methods for our medical students at our new Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare. Learn about the university’s plan and vision for our new virtual health system and expanded simulation center during this interactive experience.
- Visit the the John J. Sheinin, MD, PhD, DSc, Gross Anatomy Laboratory, the location for all cadaver-based education for students. The anatomy lab supports the teaching mission of the university through its use as a large active learning space.
- Networking Lunch with CMS Students, Fellow Alumni and Faculty
Learn about current CMS initiatives. Discover how CMS alumni support student success and make a difference in the lives of students by sharing their time, expertise and experiences. - Join CMS administration for a discussion on the CMS student journey today. Gain an understanding of how CMS supports students from the admissions process to graduation, through programs and resources. We'll explore the new challenges and opportunities facing current students as they prepare for their careers in medicine.
- 6:30 pm CMS Alumni Class-led Dinners Downtown Chicago
- Class of 1976 50th Reunion Medallion Dinner. Location TBD.
- All other milestone reunion year class dinners will work with their class representatives to plan your dinner at one of Chicago’s fine restaurants.
Saturday, October 24, 2026
- 8:00 am – 10:00 am Alumni Breakfast Buffet
Join alumni for an informal breakfast at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. - 10:30 am - 12:00 pm Docent-led tour at the Art Institute of Chicago
Take in a Chicago treasure with a walking tour of the galleries guided by an art historian. Return with the group or stay at the museum to explore on your own. - 6:30 pm CMS Alumni Signature Event, Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel
Cap off Reunion weekend! Enjoy a cocktail reception and a sumptuous dinner as we celebrate all returning alumni and honor our 2026 award recipients for distinguished career, service, and early career achievement. The festivities continue with a dessert buffet and more good cheer as we celebrate Chicago Medical School and you! Cocktail attire.
