The Mission of the Department of Physical Therapy is to prepare entry-level and graduate autonomous physical therapy practitioners and leaders that promote health and wellness in society, excel in evidence-based, interprofessional, culturally competent, patient centered practice. The Department of Physical Therapy is committed to excellence in education, for the provision of quality physical therapy care, scientific inquiry, service, and professional and societal leadership.
