  • All students entering the Psychology Ph.D. program receive a 100% tuition waiver for 4 years. Students are responsible for annual fees and living expenses and receive a stipend to offset these costs. The tuition reflected above is for planning and budgeting purposes, especially for those students who may rely on federal or private loans to finance their degree.
  • RFU Student Health Insurance is NOT calculated as part of the Cost of Attendance. Financial aid coverage for this line item is available by completing the Health Insurance Budget Adjustment Form, which includes associated loan origination fees.   • Graduation fees are only charged when the student completes each individual program.
  • First-year Psychology PhD students will have their admission deposit applied to their first-term bill.
  • Psychology PhD students enrolling for instruction are registered as full-time.
  • Annual tuition is billed evenly across 3 terms (9 months) for year 1, and 4 terms (12 months) for years 2-5.
