The Office of CMS Faculty Affairs and Equity is dedicated to supporting all CMS faculty members reach their maximum potential as teachers, researchers, scholars, and leaders.

GOALS:

  • Create a diverse and equitable learning environment that fosters individualized progressive development of Under-represented in Medicine (UiM) students
  • Promote a healthy and vigorous learning environment by supporting, recognizing, and developing the medical school’s faculty and staff 
  • Foster professionalism and professional behaviors by addressing equity, wellness, and interprofessionalism within the health care community
