Faculty Affairs and Equity

The Office of Faculty Affairs and Equity is dedicated to supporting faculty activity throughout the faculty lifecycle to ensure the excellence and sufficiency of all faculty members. This Office will develop and implement strategies to increase faculty diversity, enhance faculty excellence, ensure robust faculty career development, recruit and develop top leaders, and focus on junior faculty mentorship and inclusion. Our goal is to foster a faculty-forward perspective on trends and best practices in higher education to educate and challenge all CMS faculty to maximize their academic strengths.
