Degree

• A degree from an accredited school of physical therapy.

• A minimum undergraduate overall GPA of 2.50 is required.

License

• License to practice physical therapy.

Letters of recommendation

• Two letters of recommendation from individuals who were involved in your previous educational or clinical experience.

Transcripts

• Official transcripts submitted from each college, university, and community college previously attended. 

Computer competency

• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
