Tina Zook, PharmD is the Community Pharmacy Residency Program (CPRP) Director at NorthShore University HealthSystem, in addition to being the pharmacy manager at the Libertyville Sunset Foods Pharmacy location and the Wellness Shoppe in the Glenview Park Center. Dr. Zook coordinates many of NorthShore’s retail programs and services including the immunization program, physician seminars, and various health screenings. In 2006, Dr. Zook started the CPRP at NorthShore. Dr. Zook also develops and maintains pharmacy operations and policies and procedures for the outpatient pharmacy department. She is responsible for interviewing, hiring and orientation of all new pharmacy personnel. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy in 1998.
