Dr. Moss is a graduate of CMS and of the psychiatric residency at Washington University in St. Louis. Board certified in psychiatry, she provides extensive supervision to students and residents at the Federal Health Care Center and has won multiple awards for her teaching of medical students and residents. Dr. Moss was Director of the Medical Student Clerkship from 1991-2012.  She teaches residents and students in the ECT and consultation services at the Federal Health Care Center and is currently Director of the Electroconvulsive Therapy Service at the Federal Health Care Center.
