The Mueller lab uses crystallography, biochemistry and yeast genetics to investigate the:

  • structure/function relationship of the mitochondrial ATP synthase.

  • folding and structure function of Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) and other multidomain membrane proteins.
