Dr. Oh received a Ph.D. from the department of Cellular and Molecular Biology, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, SUNY at Buffalo in 1999.  Was a post-doctoral researcher at University of California at San Francisco from 1999 to 2007 Was a senior scientist at Applied Biomics (Hayward, CA) from 2007 to 2008.  Joined Rosalind Franklin University in 2008
