CHANGE OF STATUS
Change of Status Form.pdf (revised 6/21/13)
In an attempt to standardize faculty offer letters across schools, the following templates have been created. Please note that templates are a skeleton for you to use to flesh out each position offer, acknowledging that no two faculty positions are alike. We have tried to include all possible faculty appointment scenarios, while understanding that not every heading listed in a template pertains to every faculty position. The black text should be included in each offer letter, while the green text and blank spaces will be individualized, depending on the situation.
These faulty offer letter templates are the only acceptable format. We hope you find them useful tools.
